Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

The Baldrige award continues to be presented annually to companies in recognition of business excellence and quality achievement. This seminar highlights the seven key criteria areas used to evaluate applicants and offers pointers on preparing the application. Participants also learn how to gain extensive knowledge and understanding of their entire management system, its current condition, what areas most need improvement and how to begin making those improvements.
